Today take time out to breathe and think about what you’ve been holding on to. It may be time to really think about what has been bothering you. What feelings and emotions have you been holding on to? It’s time to look at what you need to release and then work towards letting it go.
Holding on to emotions, feelings, or thoughts that don’t serve us hurts us on a soul level. The more you hold on the more it will weigh you down. You need to really consider letting go of the negativity in your life.
